How Fire Performers Elevate Events (and When They Don't)

Fire performers are the most photographed moment of any event we produce. They're also the entertainment that requires the most planning. Here's when fire is the right call — and when it isn't.

Fire works for outdoor receptions, courtyards, ranch venues, and hotel pool decks. It works indoors only with venue and fire-marshal approval, and we handle that paperwork on every booking.

Fire doesn't work in low-ceiling indoor venues without ventilation, in fire-restricted ranch districts during burn-ban season, or any venue without a clear performance footprint. We'll tell you when it's not the right call.

When fire is right, the format matters. A 6–10 minute headline set lands harder than a 30-minute walkabout for most events — except wedding cocktail hours, where slow fire fan ambience is the better call.
